- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My husband has been with this group for 30+ years for his epilepsy and basic care. He missed his appointment and never called to cancel (which I'm not condoning). A month later we received a letter saying he is no longer with the practice due to his failure to make his appointment and is dropped. Why not just charge us for the appointment, or give a warning. He did call the office to dispute this , however he was told to take his medication bottle for his epilepsy to urgent care and then find another physician.
